3. Accommodation and essential characteristics

The estate offers six furnished units, set on a working 240-hectare farm:

  • 4 traditional caravans of 24 m² with a private 3 m² balcony, for 2 to 4 guests, set in a meadow about 200 m from the farm buildings. Separate dry toilets.
  • 2 gîtes on the first floor of the farmhouse, with independent access: Les Roses (60 m²) and Les Iris (57 m²), for 2 to 4 guests, each with bedroom, bathroom, living room and fitted kitchen.

All units include free Wi-Fi, heating and bed linen. Parking on site is free. The exact address and directions are provided once the booking is confirmed.

The accommodation sits in the middle of a working livestock farm: the presence of animals, farm machinery and the sounds of agricultural work are part of the setting.

4. Prices

The base rate is €90 per night for 2 people, for caravans and gîtes alike. The minimum stay is 2 nights, i.e. €180.

A 20% reduction applies automatically from the 3rd consecutive night, i.e. €72 per night (3 nights: €216 instead of €270). This is a length-of-stay rate, not a time-limited promotion.

Additional guest: €15 per person per night. Free for children under 2.

Optional extras: breakfast kit €5 per person, additional cleaning on request €25, washing machine €5 per use. On-site parking is free.

All prices are shown in euros, inclusive of tax. Tourist tax is not included: the amount is set by the local authority, calculated per person per night, and paid on site.

5. Booking and payment

Bookings are made online through our partner Eviivo, which shows live availability. The deposit amount, the due date for the balance and any security deposit are shown in the order summary before you confirm and pay. A booking is firm only once confirmed in writing by the estate.

Accepted payment methods: Visa and Mastercard through the online booking system, cash on arrival, and ANCV holiday vouchers. Personal cheques are not accepted.

Smartbox and Wonderbox gift boxes are accepted for the references matching our services. Booking is then made by phone or email, subject to availability.

6. Changes and cancellation

The cancellation and amendment conditions applying to your stay are those displayed by the Eviivo booking system at the time of ordering. They are shown to you before any payment and repeated in your confirmation email: those are the binding terms. Any cancellation or change request must be sent to us in writing. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services supplied on a specific date or for a specific period. By booking a stay for set dates, you therefore have no right of withdrawal. Only the cancellation conditions set out in article 6 apply.

8. Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is by 10 am at the latest. Please let us know if you expect to arrive late so that we can arrange your welcome.

9. Guest obligations

  • The accommodation may not be occupied by more people than the stated capacity, unless agreed in writing beforehand.
  • Guests undertake to use the premises peacefully, to leave them clean and to report any damage. As the estate is a working farm, guests are asked to follow safety instructions, to stay out of working areas and to supervise children near animals.
  • Pets are not admitted without the prior written agreement of the estate.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.

10. Liability and insurance

Guests are liable for any damage they cause to the rented property. It is their responsibility to check that their personal liability insurance covers holiday rental occupancy. The estate cannot be held liable for theft or loss of personal belongings, nor for disruption caused by external factors (weather, network outages, farming activity).

11. Personal data

Data collected when booking or through our forms is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

Read our privacy policy

12. Complaints and mediation

Any complaint should first be sent to us in writing, by email or post, so that we can seek an amicable solution.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute may be brought before the competent courts.
