Cookies and audience measurement
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to measure audience and improve user experience. This service places cookies on your browser only after your explicit consent via the cookie banner.
Google Analytics collects anonymized data: pages visited, session duration, device type, approximate geographic origin. The anonymize_ip option is enabled to prevent storing your full IP address.
If you decline cookies, no audience measurement cookies are placed and no data is transmitted to Google.

The site, its database and its backups are hosted in France by OVH. Your enquiries and sign-ups therefore never leave French territory.

Retention period
Your data is not kept indefinitely. Each category has its own retention period:
- •Enquiries sent through the forms: 3 years from the last exchange.
- •Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe, then deleted.
- •Booking files and accounting records: 10 years (legal obligation).
- •Audience measurement cookies: 13 months maximum; your cookie choice is kept for 6 months.
At the end of these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data:

Data can be provided in digital format (Microsoft Word or .CSV) in case of portability.
Automated decision-making and profiling
Your data is not subject to any automated decision-making or profiling. This site does not run targeted advertising.
Lodging a complaint with the CNIL
